We create, define and manage all improvement projects that enhance our customers journey when interacting with us. We listen, we learn, we test and we change where needed. Things like customer feedback analysis, improvements to return processes or looking to optimize the delivery experience where we can have influence. We collaborate cross-functionally with many teams across the globe, using tools (and creating new ones) to make sure our fans experiences are seamless.
