Apprenticeship
We’re the On apprentices. We rotate across six different teams over a period of three years. Then we receive a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (VET), as well as our Federal Vocational Baccalaureate. This enables us to enrol in universities across Switzerland without any additional exams. No one sees On from more angles than we do. We split the week between On and business school (three days at On, two days at school). We work closely with our teams, experiencing every facet of the business. And we have our own department coach within each team, who supports our growth and development.
Good to know
• We work in separate departments but are truly one team, taking monthly apprenticeship classes together and meeting socially for fun and games.
• Our introduction to On began with a Bootcamp! We were tasked with running to different locations across Zurich, from the Prime Tower to the Käferberg - the perfect start to our journey here.
• We’re a Two thirds of Swiss students pursue a VET apprenticeship after compulsory education.
