On has become the fastest-growing running brand in the world, and our team and business are rapidly expanding around the globe. This role will allow you to be at the pulse of On's growth by supporting one of the management board members and being an integral part of the Talent team at On. This role is for someone passionate about running a smooth operation with exposure and responsibility in supporting varying business content topics.

Your Mission

  • Supporting the development of short- and long-term strategies for Talent and bringing the strategies to life by leading and facilitating cross-functional projects that require input from different functions and regions

  • Independent planning of the year and preparation of all decision-making meetings, holding the Talent Leadership Team accountable for any decisions made and communicating key decisions to the broader Talent Team

  • Compiling Talent Progress reporting on all Talent aspects as needed for effective decision-making, (re)prioritization and budgeting

  • Enabling the team to collaborate efficiently by driving the set-up of frameworks, work processes, and platforms to drive alignment to enable collaboration within and across functions

  • Responsible for expanding the responsibilities and exposure of the newly created Extended Leadership Team, including all agenda topics and collaboration

  • Communicating internally and externally, ensuring a culture of transparency and open communication within the Talent team and engage with external stakeholders by owning all materials around people and culture that will be shared outside of On (conferences and events) and co-owning the social media presence of our CPO

-Preparing functional strategy and team content for town halls and writing full team communication in partnership with the Talent Leadership Team

Your story

  • You have a curious mindset and willingness to contribute to and learn about all things Talent

  • You have a background as (for example) Chief of Staff in Talent (HR), Strategy Consulting, Project Management or similar

  • You have strong communication skills and are able to build relationships quickly

  • You have the ability to understand a complex, fast-growing business reality

  • You are a team player who enjoys spending time with diverse groups of people

  • You have experience in cross-functional collaboration, and you are a problem-solver

  • You easily connect with everyone and have fine-tuned antennas regarding people topics

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; any other language skills (especially German) are a plus
