Our Talent (HR) team is heavily expanding to support On’s explosive growth and we are looking for new members to join our team. You will have the opportunity to help in shaping On’s people agenda and ensure we continue to strengthen our culture. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency and getting things done, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering an unforgettable experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
We’re one of the first customers in Europe to use Workday Scheduling - so you’ll get hands-on experience on how we leverage this module for our fast growing Retail business.
You’ll be driving the further rollout and need to be hands on, willing to learn and eager to contribute to a scalable design
We believe in full in-house development: You need to be able to quickly understand problems and to come up with solutions in a dynamic environment to support agile business process design and configuration together with teams within On
You’re actively interested to find touchpoints for automations and increased user experience between Time Tracking, Absence & Scheduling and PRISM & Extend - delivering the WOW for our stakeholders
As a teamplayer You also understand Workday HCM and support the team to ensure a smooth running of our Talent systems landscape by actively taking part in our support model
1 - 3 years of experience in working with Workday
Proven experience with the Workday modules Absence and Time Tracking
You love to collaborate, have a can-do-attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset and have no problems in going beyond your usual scope if required
You’re a digital native and a quick learner
Data-driven and analytical mindset - exploring a variety of sustainable ways of finding solutions
A passion for innovation and process improvement - to deliver the WOW within our Talent function
We, the Talent Technology team, are strongly invested in the Workday ecosystem and are challengers and innovators. In this role you’ll have a focus on further expanding the use of Time Tracking, Absence and also lead the further rollout of the new Workday Scheduling module.
And this is not all, we’re using PRISM and Extend to provide holistic experiences for our Stakeholders. In your role you’ll actively work together with the rest of the team to design solutions using all these technologies to provide the WOW experience.
