As EMEA Merchandising Lead, you will be the product expert in our European management team, leading assortment and product strategy for all our channels, across DtC and wholesale. Your entrepreneurial spirit will let you identify, conceptualize and prioritize improvement opportunities in our range and work to implement them cross-functionally. If you love sportswear product, excel in a fast paced environment, understand the footwear and apparel landscape in Euro products and commercial levers and are excited about driving the next level of consumer experience and growth for our brand, this is your opportunity.
You will be part of the extended EMEA leadership team and work alongside the Head of Sales, Head of Marketing and Head of DtC ecom for the region, with a clear focus on product. Your future team will include apparel and footwear merchandising experts. As your work is strongly cross-functional in nature, you will also closely work with our Product Management teams, Product merchandising and Operations. The sales directors, marketing leads, key account managers, DtC leads and tech rep teams in the markets consider you a trusted and valuable advisor.
