Are you the hands-on finance enthusiast we are seeking for? We are excited to offer this role to a process and numbers’ driven team player who takes ownership of the group wide CAPEX. You will work closely with our finance teams around the world as well as with our Retail- and Office Expansion Team. With your proven hands-on experience in accounting and project management and your high IT affinity you will take our CAPEX management & reporting to the next level.

Your Mission

  • Ensure the proper financial accounting as well as the timely month end closing & reporting process of the fixed assets accounts (including leasing) for all group entities in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP
  • Review the daily operations such as the additions, disposals, depreciation and valuation of assets
  • Act as the main contact for all CAPEX related requests of the group and understand the local needs and requirements
  • Ensure the correct disclosure of the fixed assets in our group consolidated Financial Statements (IFRS)
  • Perform and oversee internal SOX controls
  • Create and maintain a process documentation and user guidance
  • Actively challenge, develop and automate our global process

Your story

  • Great passion and 4+ years of practical experience in international financial accounting & reporting (IFRS / CAPEX / general accounting)
  • Willingness to take ownership of multiple complex financial topics at a time and having the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and new ways of working
  • Excellent cross-functional team-worker and hands-on mentality
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong expertise in MS Excel, experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Business proficiency in English
