As the world’s fastest growing running brand, On’s creative footprint ranges from fully integrated marketing campaigns, to digital experiences, plus a wide variety of community events. We are looking for a hands-on Campaign Lead to join our North American marketing team in Portland, OR or New York, NY with a direct line to our Global counterparts in Zurich, Switzerland. Working daily with our cross-functional teams in Retail, Sales, eCommerce, Community, Partnerships and Sports Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of Brand, Strategy and Campaign Management.

Your Mission

At its core, this role will oversee all integrated product marketing campaigns within our footwear and apparel business for the North America region, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment is met at different stages of the planning and delivery process. With a clear view of the seasonal roadmap, this individual will be a key contributor to driving growth for the North America business and building brand equity within our largest market. As an integral member of the team, you will be immersed in the campaign planning process from day one and will work closely with both our regional and global counterparts to ensure clear communication and ideation is met.

Your story

  • You have roughly 5-6 years of brand oriented experience with a team-focused mindset.
  • You are a big picture thinker, but you enjoy operating in the intricacies of day-to-day planning.
  • You understand the world of Brand, Strategy and Integrated Marketing efforts; appealing to all sides of the spectrum, while facilitating team dialogue.
  • You are self motivate and entrepreneurial both in spirit and in practice.
  • You bring a calm and diplomatic approach to team meetings.
  • You are familiar (if not, BFFs) with with the world of Asana, Miro and other productivity tools.
  • You have the ability to set clear goals, communicate a vision, and prioritize based on deadlines.
  • You foster connection by putting people first and building trust amongst your peers.
  • Previous experience in a cross-functional/highly adaptive role is a plus.
