Given the exponential growth at On Asia Pacific regions, it is now time to turn to a new chapter for our business operations – the set-up of On APAC IT and Tech team. Our IT and Tech team will be working closely with HQ in Zurich as well as a centralized tech team in Berlin to roll out a series of interesting local and global projects including but not limited to various specific own-channel applications and platforms. You will play an integral part in the team to tackle these exciting projects as we continue to WOW our customers, our team and On.
Work with the internal engineering team and external vendor to develop, and enhance the digital product (Website, Wechat Mini-program, CRM, Omni-channel, etc).
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure understanding of the requirements and create solution proposals, UX wireframes, process flow, requirement documents, etc.
Lead QA testing and manage function test, UAT, and regression test for successful digital project launch.
Keep high-quality and updated documentation for the digital solution.
3+ years of experience as a business analyst, product owner or system implementation consultant is preferred.
Hands-on experience in software business analysis and quality assurance is a plus
Efficiently use project management tools (Asana, Jira, confluence, etc)
Efficiently use UX design tools (Axure / Figma, etc)
Digital project experience (Website, WeChat Mini-program, CRM, Omni-channel) in the retail industry.
Communication skills to manage stakeholder and engineer’s expectations for any conflict/changes.
Organizational, time, and self-management skills
Presentation, written and spoken in English is a plus.
Agile/Scrum experience is highly preferred;
Project management certification, such as PMP or ACP is a plus ;
Automation testing (Eg, Selenium) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Information Systems or other related majors
You will work with a core team at our Shanghai office and interact closely with other IT developers and engineers to work on exciting projects both within China and across the APAC region (Japan, Oceania, and more to come).
