In short

As a scheduling coordinator at On, you’ll be key to the smooth running of our WFM and scheduling processes. You’ll be the link between our frontline teams and our scheduling specialist, helping to keep plans up to date and fully optimized. With customer experience at the front of your mind, you ensure we are prepared for success and able to achieve our SLAs.

Your Mission

  • Perform root cause analysis on SLA misses and report on findings and mitigating actions to the wider happiness delivery team

  • Support the wider WFM team by taking responsibility for recurring tasks that form part of the regular planning cycle such as meeting scheduling or schedule optimization

  • Work closely with frontline teams and outsource partners to ensure good coverage in order to achieve service levels.

  • Help our internal customers understand best practices for working with the WFM tool and act as the first line of support

Your story

  • You’re able to stay calm under pressure yet have a keen sense of urgency when the situation requires.

  • Ideally, you have already had some experience working as part of a WFM team, either as an RTA or a scheduler, and are looking to build on this experience

  • When you think there is a better way to do something you speak up to ensure your idea is heard and that processes are as robust as they can be

  • You can see the big picture when confronted with conflicting priorities and ensure you’re focusing on the tasks with the biggest impacts first

What to expect

We want to set everyone up for success, so here’s the lowdown on how we hire. Our process is a two-way street – bringing you into our culture, while helping us learn how you think.

Our full process can last about eight weeks from application to offer, because we care about getting it right. These steps explain how we usually do things.

Before you get started, feel free to consider if you want to work with us. Strange question? Well, we give people a lot of space to navigate their day-to-day and that style isn't for everyone. We want you to be passionate about what you do and be sure this is the right fit. Because when skills and passion combine – it creates that 'Wow' moment.
