Sales and Operations Planning Lead, Zürich
The global supply chain team is looking for an Anaplan systems specialist to join the team at On’s HQ in Zurich. We are excited to offer this role to a driven team player with exceptional problem-solving skills and the mindset to leverage own ideas and bring new initiatives to live. You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast as you take responsibility for building, maintaining, and further developing the backend of our Anaplan solution within the scope of supply chain. With your proven technical and supply chain skillset, you will contribute to major transformation projects which come with great opportunities to grow in your position!
Own our supply chain planning tool Anaplan, and take responsibility for its backend as well as integrations to other systems
Develop a fully integrated and automated planning tool which sources data and delivers demand forecasts as well as purchase requisitions in an automated manner, allowing the business to focus on adding qualitative insights and value
Collaborate with key stakeholders and identify opportunities to further expand the integrated planning landscape, ensuring relevant business data is captured and utilized for planning On’s end to end planning process
Partner with our Tech and BI teams to ensure relevant data is integrated throughout our IT landscape
Own testing cycles when new functionalities are being implemented to ensure seamless usability for users across teams
Document and control On’s planning models to ensure they are logical, robust and meet internal control requirements
Provide guidance and end user training to raise competence, awareness and technical skills in relation to planning
Anaplan solution architect preferred, at least 3 years of experience at a minimum of L2 model builder
Degree or deep knowledge in supply chain, business administration, information technology or related fields
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to create, combine and report on data across multiple metrics
Excellent cross functional team player, able to navigate through On’s supply chain processes and provide support to the business
Project management mindset with the ability to build, deploy and deliver system and process improvements within the scope of supply chain and beyond
Solution orientated approach to data and processes, being naturally curious about finding new and innovative solutions to supply chain planning
You are comfortable working highly independent and taking your own initiatives comes naturally
You can multitask, prioritize and react in an energetic and fast-paced environment
