We are looking for an inspiring leader to shape the next generation of logistics strategy. The role will suit a well experienced logistics professional who can bring and build the best practices with their business acumen and leadership skills. You will lead the existing team on strategy development, and operational execution for all core logistics functions to include international freight planning, and3rd party warehousing and last mile distribution planning. The role is for someone with senior level leadership and vision on how to develop the long-term strategy for the fast growing brand. Your Mission

  • Continue to develop and implement our long-term global warehouse network strategy that aligns with company objectives and customer requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement warehouse automation projects over the next few years, with a focus on achieving operational excellence, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction

  • Responsible for leading and managing large-scale contract negotiations with suppliers (3PLs) and evaluate contract performance to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes or renegotiation

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of warehouse project managers, focusing on continuous improvement projects with our Logistic Service Providers, IT, and Regional Operations teams

  • Manage relationships with Logistic Service Providers, ensuring compliance with contract terms and service level agreements, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve performance and cost efficiency

  • Further develop and refine our KPI framework, standardize global standard operating procedures (SOPs) across service providers, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data related to warehouse operations

  • Lead ad-hoc and strategic logistics-related projects in collaboration with the regional operations team, identifying opportunities to drive innovation, reduce costs, and improve service levels

Your story

  • You have a strong background in global warehouse operations management, with a proven track record of successfully executing long-term network strategies and preferably projects related to warehouse automations

  • You bring experience in managing and negotiating large-scale contracts with Logistic Service Providers and you are able to evaluate contract performance and identify areas for improvement

  • You are a skilled communicator, capable of building relationships with stakeholders across different levels

  • You have strong leadership skills, you are able to motivate and manage a team of project managers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and an ability to analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, opportunities and risks is essential. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to standardize global operating procedures and develop and refine KPI frameworks.
