Your Mission

  • Work in tandem with the broader Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to implement On's Key Accounts strategy with our partners in the Brazilian market
  • Create merchandising, assortment, and marketing strategies together with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Expands relationships with existing customers by identifying and implementing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Help prepare and deliver sales presentations, including data and products in a strategic manner to new and existing customers
  • Drive sell-through at our accounts and optimize product assortment together with them. Work with the marketing team on in-store and digital execution of product launches
  • Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer requirements and champions them throughout the organization
  • Maintain all sales-related budgets and key account management with identified accounts

Your story

  • 5+ years experience in the sports lifestyle or fashion retail Industry preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in working with premium accounts preferred
  • Previous experience in product development is a bonus
  • You relish the challenge of developing business with the existing customer base as well as creating new opportunities for growth
  • You are self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively unsupervised as well as being able to collaborate and contribute positively to the Brazilian team
  • You enjoy connecting with customers to present our products, technology, and philosophy in an inspiring way and are confident presenting to a group
  • Strong data analytics history as well as previous experience working with Sales systems (Salesforce, Excel, SPS Commerce, SAP, BI Platforms preferred)
  • English proficiency: advanced
