In short

There are big projects ahead for the On Logistics team and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. As the Logistics Project Manager, you will guide On North America project initiatives from plan to realization, as we work with our 3PL fulfillment partners to expand our warehousing solutions and deliver best in class omni-channel fulfillment capabilities. The ideal candidate will work across time zones, countries, and partnerships to keep the regional strategy roadmap on track while staying closely aligned with our global project team in Switzerland.

Your Mission

  • Work with internal stakeholders, leadership, 3PL’s, and carriers to drive change across the North America logistics network
  • Guide projects, keep milestones on track, and mitigate risks before they impact implementation schedules
  • Assist project teams in troubleshooting and identifying solutions to unforeseen issues
  • Support the implementation of goods to person order fulfillment and automated storage systems.
  • Support regional transportation initiative to increase speed to customer.
  • Plan and establish regional continuous improvement initiatives.

Your story

  • 2-4 years of project management experience. Experience in the Logistics field preferable.
  • Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Asana, and Visio
  • PMP Certification (preferred)
  • Demonstrated competency of program and project management skills using traditional project management methodologies
  • Experience tracking the delivery of key project outcomes and metrics, including: scope, benefits, budget, quality, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Able to travel to support implementation projects ~20%
