This is your opportunity to join one of the world’s fastest-growing sports brands! We are expanding our finance department and we are looking for a Finance Systems Project Lead. The position is either based in our Berlin or Zürich office.
We are excited to offer this role to a project oriented, problem-solving team player who naturally have a can-do attitude. You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast, and you can make an impact on how the system related projects will be delivered by you and your team. With your proven finance and project management skills, you will help in different global and cross-functional implementation projects.
Be the main point of contact for any ongoing finance system related global implementation project
You collaborate globally with cross functional departments and process owners in finance matters, while also making sure projects are introduced to the local team
You can execute your own projects: define requirements, participate in solution system testing, and sign off with business
Assist in system testing in collaboration with IT in project execution phase
Keen to constantly improve our system landscape and related processes
You assist in compliance projects
Guide the finance systems business partners, supporting their career development
You bring leadership experience (1+ years) of managing a team, focus on relationship building and bringing your team members closer to their goals
Great passion, and proven hands-on work experience (4+ years) in implementing complex business projects and processes
Experience with global ERP solution, D365 F&O or earlier versions preferred
Detail oriented and organised person, with excellent communication skills, fast learner, who oversee the big picture and business process narratives
Worked with IT department, other technical resources, or external vendors
Understanding end-user needs and requirements, ability to deal with deadlines and delivering based on priorities
