As Apparel/Garment Labeling & Packaging, you are responsible for managing logistics process in production with our manufacturing partners, contributing in the preferential tariff treatment project and other assigned projects on the tax reduction. As an important member of Supply Chain team, you will be based in Hanoi City with frequent travel between HQ and On’s production and manufacturing partners.

Your Mission

  • Develop and validate new labelling & packaging items in collaborations with HQ packaging team complying the legal regulations of respective geographies.

  • Manage Labeling & packaging development timeline, and to ensure the packaging items are developed in time before the milestone of product 'Buy-ready'

  • Manage supplier relationship, to build trust and long term collaboration with the packaging material suppliers

  • Work with local authorities on validating the special instructions for applying FTA’s COO (Certificate Of Origin) 

  • Forecast seasonal labeling & packaging volumes to suppliers

  • Support our manufacturing partners to ensure on-time shipments

Your story

  • You've got at least 5+ years of experience in P&L process,  Im-Ex process in the Textile /Apparel & Accessories

  • You have a good background on COO rules & able to coordinate with legal regulations for existing, evolving and new markets

  • A real linguist, you're as confident speaking and writing in English as you are in Vietnamese, Chinese is an advantage 

  • Able to balance creativity with organization and discipline in a fast-paced environment
