We are looking for an inspiring leader to shape the next generation of logistics strategy. The role will suit a well experienced logistics professional who can bring and build the best practices with their business acumen and leadership skills. You will lead the existing team on strategy development, and operational execution for all core logistics functions to include international freight planning, and 3rd party warehousing & last mile distribution planning. The role is for someone with high level leadership and vision on how to develop the long-term strategy for the fast growing brand. Your Mission

  • To build the best tech, data driven logistics function to enable On's growth

  • With the team, to radically shape the next generation of end-to-end fulfilment strategy with freight & inbound logistics, outbound distribution strategy, network optimization, and direct shipment & cross-docking fulfilment program, including the operational implementation plan including relevant processes, procedures, metrics, and business reviews with key internal and external partners

  • To drive standardization, efficiency improvement for the best-in-class customer satisfaction, and to achieve total fulfilment cost per unit savings within the end-to-end logistics from factories to B2B and D2C customer 

  • To establish a global control tower of logistics with KPIs to measure our delivery performance and to bring actionable, analytical insights to spark new ideas and assess existing process for further improvement 

  • To partner with regional operations team to address pain points - engage and trust the operational teams across the globe to help drive standardization of process and execution framework 

  • To bring the best possible technologies in logistics with right external partners to realize the vision

Your story

  • You have 7+ years of experience in logistics from data and tech-driven brands
  • You have successfully designed and implemented sustainable global logistics strategies, covering freight, warehousing and distribution
  • You have experience with establishing direct shipment programs for strategically important key accounts, and a cross-docking program to reduce lead time and/or costs
  • You have profound experience in managing external logistics partners holistically, from evaluation and tender to implementation and performance management
  • You are savvy with supply chain management including forecasting, planning, network optimization, and delivery performance which enables you develop solutions that utilize the highest standards of logistics best practices
  • You have understanding for business objectives of a fast growing company, and a capability to build roadmap with assessing business and operational risks, and benefits key commercial or operational levers for new solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, you feel comfortable to lead internal and external teams and stakeholders on all levels and from different cultural backgrounds to drive decision makings around new and complex topics
  • Knowledge in global trade compliance is a plus
