This role is an exciting challenge to help us define how On is perceived and consumed by a global audience. As Head of Brand Comms you will play an integral role in our campaigns and storytelling across multiple channels, leading a team that encompasses a talented group of copywriters, social media specialists, influencer marketing, Brand PR and Sports Marketing leads. In all aspects of this team, the pursuit of compelling stories will be championed and in close collaboration with the full marketing leadership group you will help us craft channel first responses to our priorities and briefs.

Your Team:

We sometimes sit at desks, but our inner-explorers mean we are constantly seeking fresh ways to craft and create unique stories.

Your Mission:

  • As Head of Brand Comms you will take charge of the editorial roadmap and content planning for the themes

  • You will apply a strong creative view on how to craft compelling stories and arrange the content rollout through multiple channels

  • You will plan editorial topics around our key initiatives such as product launches, events and sporting moments whilst adding a rich content layer to the many topics

  • You will coordinate the collaboration of storytelling through our full Marketing team

  • Lead discussions with outside channels and editorial partnerships to boost content engagement and community reach

  • Manage a team of copywriters and social media specialists, Influencer marketing, Brand PR and Sports Marketing leads

Your Story:

  • The craft of a great story is something you instinctively understand and the challenge of seeking out compelling topics is part of your passion

  • You are a digital native and understand the reach of social and online distribution through own brand and partnership channels

  • You will understand what makes a great story and how to harness the resulting consumer response to drive conversation and brand advocacy

  • Minimum 4 years in journalism (or similar) editorial role with examples  where a multi channel strategy has been utilized

  • Experience in multiplying a brands content engagement

  • A truly global view on making stories that connect on a cultural level for a wide range of audiences

  • You will have experience in planning stories that reach a core audience and help build a following on a wider scale

  • A passion for building stories that resonate via Brand PR

  • A keen interest in tracking the effectiveness of our channels and reach

  • You will be excited by our mission and see the potential in amplifying our message through a variety of mediums
