Our team is looking for a dynamic new team member to support the Key Account Marketing Team based in Berlin. You will work very closely with the German Marketing- and Sales Team, ensuring seamless executions of all locally planned retailer and trade initiatives. You will help find opportunities with dealers to grow brand awareness and sellout - managing projects from brief through to execution.

Your Mission

Key responsibilities include

  • Your mission is to drive brand awareness across Ons German Key Accounts focusing on the Performance Outdoor and Performance Running verticals. 

  • You will work on the interface between our retail partners and various departments at On, e.g. sales, operations, brand design

  • Working closely with our sales team, you will support sell-ins with campaign-related marketing initiatives to create an account specific seasonal GTM including all online and offline touch points. 

  • You will own the retail consumer journey and GTM roadmap for dedicated German Key Accounts and be the accounts marketing contact person.

  • You will develop impactful 360° brand experiences while ensuring that everything we do takes the customer-centric lens, is forward-looking and leverages consumer insights.

Your Story

Besides being excited to be part of the team that is putting the fun into the run for millions of people:

  • You bring 1-2 years experience in retail activation, brand positioning, and events with considerable experience and knowledge of digital activations in retail.

  • You are familiar with the sports retail industry and understand the challenges, opportunities and needs of this industry (multi-channel) with retail or brand marketing experience.

  • You are a self-starter, solution-oriented and have an organised way of working that enables you to stay on top of your projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are design orientated, think creatively and have an understanding of brand building.

  • You enjoy challenging yourself and the status quo through analysing and reporting on past initiatives to always keep growing.

  • You enjoy cross-functional communication and cooperation with other departments as well as external partners – you are a natural networker that likes to pitch their ideas to others.

  • You like being out on the road, visiting our partners – with 30% of your working time away from the desk. 

  • Full Professional German and Professional Working English are necessary for this role.
