Your job is to help us become the best sports retailer in the industry by being the first point of contact for our customers and handling inquiries via phone, email, social channels or Live Chat. With each case you handle, you will aim to WOW our customers and will always strive to find a customized solution.

Your Mission:

  • You will be the first point of contact for either our B2C, B2B and Key account-customers and responsible for their requests via phone, email or LiveChat
  • You love to proactively clarify on open questions and issues by connecting with our customers - always aiming for the best solution for all parties
  • You will work very closely with our sales and e-com teams
  • You will work on requests in our CRM-System as well as cooperate and exchange with our external distribution centers
  • You are committed to share your knowledge and experience with the team, as only together are we able to deliver what we call customer service excellence
  • You will put your analytical skills to the test and find creative solutions that WOW our customers

Your Story:

  • You bring 2+ years’ experience from similar administrative / operational role, must be customer oriented and knowledge with sport good industry will be advantageous
  • Motivation towards small and bigger tasks with entrepreneurial spirit at heart
  • Problem solver with great multitasking and analytical skills to find creative solutions
  • Native in Japanese and fluent in English is a must, and most importantly interpersonal skill as you will be the first point contact for our customers
  • Sports is a core part of your life and “team spirit” is not a cliché for you, but rather a must have in your next role
