Our Talent team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us in this journey as a Head of Total Rewards. We are looking for someone who has a passion for data analytics and conceptual interpretation; as well as has experience developing frameworks and providing advice on compensation and benefits initiatives, in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.

Your Mission

  • You will be responsible for further defining our global compensation and benefits strategy for the years to come
  • You will manage the year-end process, from providing recommendations on the increases that stay within the allocated budget to defining the process and timelines that Talent Business Partners will follow in order to deliver successfully
  • You will be responsible to conduct our annual external benchmark, from managing the vendor, to the job matching process, as well as analyze the outcome and provide recommendations
  • You will advise our Talent Business Partners on all matters related to compensation and benefits
  • You will be responsible to manage the company's equity plan globally, as well as preparing and providing relevant reporting to different stakeholders (finance, payroll, senior leadership, etc.)
  • You will conduct pay equity analysis for multiple countries and provide recommendations on next steps
  • You will oversee the budget for new positions and provide recommendations on appropriate benchmarks and bands to be used per country
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of regular and ad hoc compensation and benefits reports and overviews

Your story

  • You bring 7+ years of experience working in Compensation&Benefits / Total Rewards area
  • You have experience leading a team of Comp&Ben Specialists
  • You have experience working with many different types of equity awards and their tax implications, and private vs public company equity programs across multiple jurisdictions
  • You work with data analytics to build a compensation and benefits strategy - you have the entrepreneurial mindset to be able to handle a considerable amount of data, but yet structure it and provide recommendations based on your analysis
  • Experience partnering with Talent BPs, Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations and 3rd parties (Radford, Mercer etc)
  • In your roles you were exposed on the compensation committees presenting comp&ben strategies
  • You bring experience in a hyper-growth stage company listed in the US
  • You seek to solve problems creatively and you don’t necessarily stop at the most obvious answer
  • You are a skilled communicator and able to effectively illustrate the value of the benefits offered
  • You have excellent project management skills. You are resourceful, and nimble and can achieve a lot with little
