IT Service Desk Lead

At a Glance:

You will be a key player in our growing Technology team and will be supporting the growth of the IT infrastructure of On. You will report directly to the CTO.

Your Team:

You will be the lead of a cross-functional IT Service desk and support team that troubleshoots issues from reporting to solution, being responsible and in charge of the full process and solution delivery. You have a lot of freedom to be creative and experimenting with new technologies, processes and workflows. We encourage you to continuously improve efficiency, finding new ways of working with the team members, while at the same time enjoying work with like-minded people. Your Mission:

  • Support the IT infrastructure of a fully cloud based IT landscape

  • Responsible for IT equipment, hardware and software procurement, installation and management

  • Management of user database, on-boarding and off-boarding process

  • Hands-on management and coordination of the IT infrastructure and network of different On sites

  • Maintain IT policies and ensure they are adhered to

  • Establish and develop SLAs but business stakeholder, monitor KPIs to adhere to them

  • First level support of hardware and various software packages

Your Story:

  • A degree in computer science or similar information technology subject

  • + 5 years lhands-on experience in a relevant field of IT, business systems support or consultancy

  • Solid knowledge in IT hardware and cloud infrastructure

  • Understanding of cloud based technology and related architecture

  • Self-driven, customer service oriented and an excellent problem solver

  • Enjoy delivering excellent IT support, helping customers, analysing complex problems, and communicating with different groups of stakeholders

  • Dedicated to service and quality and you are a team player
