With rapid growth in digital, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced Web Analytics Specialist who will shape a new growth phase at On. You will be the analytical firepower that drives the measurement of our acquisition and retention initiatives and will work cross-functionally to define our marketing analytics strategy.  

Your Team:

As you might expect from a running brand, the E-Commerce team at On is a fast-paced place to be. This team of interdisciplinary all-stars are used to rapid turnaround times and ambitious targets. From engineers to designers, data scientists and digital marketing specialists, this is the team responsible for creating winning digital products and campaigns that run the length of the purchase funnel. The shared goal? Efficient growth at high speed – what else?

Your Mission:

  • Own On's analytics platforms and be responsible for a tracking framework and continuous tag auditing of On’s analytics systems.

  • Drive holistic measurement of user behaviour and digital marketing initiatives to the next step. 

  • Monitor all stages of the customer acquisition funnel from awareness to transaction, measure performance across all digital marketing channels, and create models to drive key marketing, product, and business decisions.

  • Analyse onsite user behaviour to see what elements, touch points and pages drive conversions and how to increase user engagement.

  • Help define and detect relevant audiences by closely monitoring post-click behaviour on-site.

  • Create and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to provide key learnings and feedback (trends, patterns, irregularity) for all relevant stakeholders through Looker.

  • Advance cross-channel data integration and activation.

  • Drive the future of conversion tracking forward whilst taking into account continuous technological changes and latest developments privacy regulations.

  • Work closely together with a team of business data analysts and data scientists to create a user-centric customer view.

Your Story:

  • +2 years hands-on experience in a relevant field of web analytics, preferably in an e-commerce context and have a substantiated state of technical knowledge in tracking and analysing (digital) marketing touch points.

  • You’re an expert user of Google Analytics (preferably GA360) and Google Tag Manager and are familiar with Looker / Tableau.

  • You are familiar with digital acquisition channels and strategies.

  • Adtech experience is a plus.

  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial and excellent problem solver. You enjoy coming up with creative solutions in a fast paced agile environment finding the sweet spot between speed, quality and resourcing in bigger projects.

  • Strong communication skills, being able to convey requirements and findings to different stakeholders, including technical requirements and key findings.

  • Up-to-date with new digital trends and upgrades. You are a core shaper of the digital brand perception.

  • Fluent in English
