At a Glance:

Due to a propelling growth in our Direct To Consumer (DTC) business, we are looking for a Digital Content Merchandiser to help shape the next growth phase of On's onsite experience. You will work within the DTC E-Commerce Merchandising & Optimization team in an environment where we make ideas happen fast and give you high levels of responsibility. You will aim to provide a best-in-class onsite shopping experience by optimizing and innovating the way we present our products and campaigns. You understand how smart digital strategies and engaging words and visuals can improve both website performance and the full customer journey. You will communicate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders and leverage on all of the available digital tools in order to ensure your content and merchandising plans are covered from all fronts. You will also have the pulse of what is globally needed in digital content management and visual merchandising via a strong connection to the regions.

Your Team:

As you might expect from a running brand, the E-Commerce team at On is a fast-paced place to be. This team of interdisciplinary all-stars are used to rapid turnaround times and ambitious targets. From engineers to designers, data scientists and digital marketing specialists, this is the team responsible for creating winning digital products and campaigns that run the length of the purchase funnel. The shared goal? Efficient growth at high speed – what else?

Your Mission:

  • Design and execute the Digital Content Merchandising strategy for On

  • Own the content management tools and processes, testing existing features and unlocking new opportunities

  • Brief in to Design and Copy teams all required Digital assets for new product launches and campaigns

  • Build, Deploy, Test and Optimize these assets to create an inspirational and engaging onsite experience

  • Maintain product catalogue and website hierarchy, ensuring all styles can be located in the correct categories for biggest impact possible

  • Gather all relevant information for Product Go Live and activate products in relevant markets

  • Create and maintain bespoke Collection pages to push seasonal themes and limited collections

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of all onsite assets and customer journey

  • Collaborate and feed in to cross-functional teams to constantly elevate the onsite customer experience

Your Story:

  • 1-2 year+ work experience in a Digital or Ecommerce environment

  • Experience with a CMS tool (Contentful preferred, but not essential)

  • Experience with visual merchandising, project management, business intelligence and analytics tools

  • Solid understanding of digital customer behaviour, product lifecycle, market trends and how onsite experience can impact the funnel conversion rate

  • Able to multitask, work at pace and adapt to change

  • Curious mindset and enjoys coming up with creative solution
