Talent (HR) Business Partner

Our Talent (HR) team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to help in shaping On’s people agenda through collaborating with the team on a variety of people related topics. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering people processes.

Your Mission:

  • Act as a true partner for the business by advising managers and employees on people related matters
  • Be the main point of contact for all Talent related topics
  • Help shape the organisation for future growth (organizational changes, leadership and people development)
  • Shape how On embeds and keeps it’s culture
  • Close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition on hiring matters and Talent Operations team 
  • Lead Talent projects in the areas of e.g. performance, cultural initiatives, etc

Your Story:

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Advisory / Business Partner role in an international, fast paced environment such as FinTech or Start-up’s in general
  • A team player with an entrepreneur mind-set that thrives when being challenged
  • A can-do attitude and an innovative way of solving problems
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with a focus on delivering
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with people
  • Fluent in German and English
